Body found after fire destroys home in Becker County

Authorities say a body was found early Wednesday morning after a fire destroyed a home in Rochert.
The Becker County Sheriff’s Office said it was notified about a house fire in the 36000 block of Hubble Pond Road at 2:12 a.m.
When first responders arrived, the home had already collapsed due to extensive fire damage.
Authorities later found a victim in the collapsed building.
Officials are working to identify the victim and notify family members.
The fire remains under investigation.
