Wild game postponed Saturday over COVID outbreak in Florida locker room

For the second time this week, a Wild game is being postponed due to their opponent having a COVID outbreak. The latest postponement is Saturday’s home game vs. Florida.

Florida was scheduled to fly to Minnesota Friday afternoon for Saturday night’s game. They are being shutdown through Christmas. Same goes for the Colorado Avalanche and Calgary Flames, teams also dealing with COVID issues.

The NHL is in the process of reviewing and revising all three teams’ regular season schedules.

The Wild’s home game Tuesday night was postponed due to a COVID-19 outbreak among Carolina Hurricanes players.
