Gophers coach Fleck reviews 2022 Recruiting Class

The University of Minnesota added 22 players to its roster today on National Signing Day. Coach P.J. Fleck met with the media Wednesday afternoon and KSTP Sports was there.

The Gophers signed players from eight states and Canada, as they once again put together a highly ranked class.
The class consists of eight position groups, 12 offensive players, and 10 defensive players.
On offense, Minnesota signed four wide receivers, three offensive linemen, two tight ends, two running backs, and one quarterback. On defense, the Gophers added five defensive backs, three defensive linemen, and two linebackers.
The Gophers added six players from Minnesota, three from Florida, three from Texas, three from Wisconsin, two from Pennsylvania, and one each from Louisiana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and South Dakota. Minnesota also signed one player from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
