VIDEO: Man ice skates along road in Texas

A winter storm has brought snow, ice and plunging temperatures across the southern Plains.

ABC News featured video of a man ice skating on the road outside his home in Josephine, Texas.

According to the National Weather Service, accumulating ice between a tenth and a quarter of an inch was possible in parts of the United States.
