2 killed in Minneapolis double-homicide identified
The two people killed Sunday night in a double-homicide in Minneapolis have been identified.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victims, Tuesday, as 51-year-old Presley LC Taylor, Jr., and 34-year-old Nicole Shannon Columbus.
Both suffered fatal gunshot wounds to the head. Their deaths were ruled homicides and are under investigation by police.
Minneapolis police investigating after 2 found dead inside vehicle
Minneapolis Police said officers were called at 10:42 p.m. Sunday to a shooting in the 4000 block of 28th Avenue South, near Roosevelt High School. There, Taylor and Columbus were found already dead. A third person, who had also been shot, was in the car. Police said that person’s injuries were not life-threatening.
No arrests had been announced in the case, as of Tuesday afternoon.
