UPDATE: According to St. Paul Police, the van and children were found safe on the 400 block of Snelling Avenue Tuesday night. The suspect is still at large.

A car with two juveniles in it was stolen in St. Paul.

According to the St. Paul Police Department, a brown or gold Honda Odyssey with a rear tail light out was stolen from Dale Street and University Avenue with two children inside. One of the children is six years old and the other is either one or two years old.

The license plate of the vehicle is not known at this time.

The car was seen heading north on Dale. The suspect is described as an Asian man.

"The message is don’t leave your vehicle running and unattended, especially when a loved one is in inside," St. Paul Police Spokesman Steve Linders said. "It can happen in a blink of an eye."
