Gopher football hosts RTB Turkey Drive

The University of Minnesota Gophers football team hosted its annual RTB Turkey Drive on Tuesday evening, at Athletes Village.

Wideout Mike Brown-Stephens and linebacker Mariano Sori-Marin spoke about what it means to them to be able to give back to the community, what their favorite part of the event is, what it is like to help struggling families coming out of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how much events like these allow the team to bond to each other.

The team partners with Cub Foods to help distribute the food to families.
