Mental health advocates are worried that the pandemic is helping create a "perfect storm" of conditions that harm mental health.
Along with things being stressful during this time, the pandemic has made it difficult for some to use their coping mechanisms or find the help that they may need.
At 10 KSTP’s Kevin Doran will dive into mental health and suicide awareness and brings you the message of a local woman, "There is hope, and there is help."
