Although LEGO pulled back on selling a model designed to look like a military freight aircraft, 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS learned that there’s a way people can still get their hands on the LEGO-like builds.

About 400 of the actual planes are currently being used by the U.S. Armed Forces in attack missions.

Lego made the move to stop selling the models this summer.

However, Brickmania in northeast Minneapolis, which sells specialty designed and curated models, is able to sell custom-made models.

"We take after-market LEGO purchased through third party sites," Dilan Czech, marketing associate for Brickmania, said. "We create custom awesomeness."

Brickmania even sells models of military vehicles in different countries.
