A man was arrested early Tuesday morning after the vehicle he was driving struck the Cumberland, Wisconsin, City Hall building.

Cumberland Police said Nicholas F. Brannan drove his vehicle into the building at 2:51 a.m. and confirmed he did it intentionally because he was upset a family member had been cited by police.

The police department is in the same building, and an officer on duty was about 20 feet from where the vehicle entered, police said.

No injuries were reported.
