Medal of Honor veteran explains sacrifice to cadets

Thursday, Capt. Thomas Kelley delivered the keynote address to cadets at St. Thomas Academy in Mendota Heights.

The Vietnam veteran was awarded the Medal of Honor by President Richard Nixon in 1970.

The gathering also honored families of St. Thomas Academy cadets who served in the Army.
