Sunday shooting in north Minneapolis leaves 1 critical, police say

A woman is in critical, but stable, condition after a shooting Sunday afternoon, Minneapolis said.
Just after 1:30 p.m., police responded to the area of 52nd and Bryant avenues north on a 911 call reporting a shooting in north Minneapolis. At the scene, officers found a woman who had been shot.
She was taken to North Memorial Medical Center, police said, and is stable, though in critical condition.
The incident is under investigation and no further information was immediately available.
