One Minneapolis church not only has mass, but it has meat.
For more than a century Our Lady of Lourdes Church has served up a heavenly meat pie.
The meat pie tradition started in 1877 when French Canadian settlers founded the church.
Twice a year in the church kitchen, volunteers make nearly one thousand meat pies.
"We have people come from out of town," Deb Hamilton said. "People who come and buy ten at a time it’s just amazing."
The pies cost $20. Money raised helps feed the homeless and keeps the church running.
