Blaine man charged in fatal hit-and-run crash out on bond

The man charged in the hit-and-run death of a Blaine woman is out on bond.

John Robert Jones, 31, is facing one count of criminal vehicular homicide in the death of 56-year-old Bridget Dunn.

The Anoka County Sheriffs Office reports Jones did not have a valid license when he hit Dunn while she was walking her dog.

The incident happened near 109th Avenue Northeast and Flanders Court Northeast last month.

Jones’ next court appearance is Dec. 9.
