Juror names in Chauvin trial released

The names of the jurors who convicted former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin have been released.

Chauvin was sentenced in April to 22 ½ years in prison for murdering George Floyd.

Most of the jurors have remained anonymous since the trial.

Last week, more came forward after a judge ruled their names could be released.

The list of juror names (including alternates) now publicly available are:

  • Joseph Tillman, a 27-year-old man from Minneapolis
  • Journee Howard, a 24-year-old woman from Minneapolis
  • Tyler Burkhardt (Jury Foreperson), a 30-year-old man from Minneapolis
  • Abel Sessofia, a 38-year-old man from St. Louis Park
  • Nicole Spader, a 50-year-old woman from Mound
  • Brandon Mitchell, a 31-year-old man from Minneapolis
  • Jodi Doud, a 53-year-old woman from Plymouth
  • Tossa Edorh, a 49-year-old man from Brooklyn Park
  • Tiffany Schultz, a 43-year-old woman from Shorewood
  • Kelly Tapper, a 54-year-old woman from Edina
  • Sherri Hardeman, a 67-year-old woman from Golden Valley
  • Kelly Preston, a 45-year-old woman from Plymouth
  • Lisa Christensen (alternate), a 55-year-old woman from Brooklyn Center
  • Nicole Williams (alternate), a 28-year-old woman from Hanover
