Seniors get mini State Fair experience

Thursday would have been the first day of the 2020 Minnesota State Fair but a senior living facility couldn’t let a year go by without giving their residents the fair experience.
The Waters of Excelsior said each resident was given about 30 minutes to go through the mini fair.
The setup included food booths, games, classic cars and a photo booth next to "Bessie" the cow.
