Wisconsin veteran leaves hospital after beating COVID-19

A Wisconsin veteran who has been hospitalized since St. Patrick’s Day was finally able to be released and sent back home.
Arvin McRay spent 50 days in the Milwaukee VA hospital, 18 of those days on a ventilator.
Thankfully, the veteran, who celebrated his 50th birthday in the hospital, was able to beat the virus and return home.
McRay said if it wasn’t for his sister bringing him to the hospital he doesn’t think he would have made it.
