The Weeknd is editing his upcoming 2022 tour that won’t include a stop at the Xcel Energy Center.
The show was originally scheduled for Jan. 21, 2022.
"Due to constraints of arenas and the demand for more shows, I want to do something bigger and special for you which requires stadiums," the pop, hip-hop and R&B artist said in a tweet on Monday.
He added that all current tickets will be refunded automatically and all ticket holders will be given priority to buy tickets for the stadium shows when they go on sale.
No future dates have been listed as of Monday. The tour will begin in summer 2022.
