Rain, cool weather on the way Tuesday

Minnesotans may want to remember a rain jacket or umbrella when leaving the home Tuesday morning, according to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl.
Dahl said showers are expected to reach the metro area by 9 a.m. The showers will stick around through the afternoon.
