Sunshine and warmth ahead

Prepare for a warm and sunny weekend.

According to KSTP Meteorologist Jonathan Yuhas, Friday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high temperature of 42 degrees and a light breeze.

The real warmth begins Saturday with high temperatures reaching 58 degrees, a low of only 44 degrees and a sky of mostly sun.

Sunday will be even warmer with temperatures topping out at 64 degrees with morning sunshine. As day turns to night, sunshine will turn to clouds.

Next week will be slightly above seasonal high temperatures but not as warm as this weekend. Highs next week will hover in the mid-40s for most of the week.
