4 injured in shooting outside gas station in north Minneapolis
Four people are in the hospital after they were shot Monday night near a gas station in north Minneapolis, police said.
According to the Minneapolis Police Department, officers responded to the sound of gunshots near North Lyndale and West Broadway avenues around 8:14 p.m. 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS observed police tape and several shell casings in the area of Winner Gas.
Police said arriving officers came across three male victims who’d been shot. They were all taken to the hospital and are expected to survive. A fourth victim later walked into North Memorial Health Hospital.
Police said one of the victims at the gas station could be a juvenile.
The shooting remains under investigation, and police are checking surveillance footage in the area in search of a possible suspect.
