Key portion of Enbridge’s Line 3 Pipeline approved

A key portion of Enbridge’s Line 3 pipeline was approved today by state utility regulators.
After arguments from officials and the public, regulators gave the go-ahead to an environmental review of the project.
The proposed $2.6 billion pipeline would be a replacement for the original built in the 1960s.
