UPDATE: Runaway teen found, safe

UPDATE: Authorities said Friday that Kaydence Johnson was found in Fargo and is safe.

Police in Moorhead are asking for the public’s help to find a missing teenager.

Moorhead Police said 14-year-old Kaydence Johnson was last seen in north Moorhead on Wednesday around 8 p.m.

She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, dark jogging pants, glasses and black shoes with flowers. She was also with another girl.

Johnson is described as being 5-foot-1, about 178 pounds with blonde hair.

While she’s from the Sartell area, police believe she may be near Moorhead.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office later said Johnson could be headed to the St. Cloud area.
