Barr, Darrisaw out for Vikings ahead of Bengals matchup
The Minnesota Vikings will be without one of their All-Pro linebackers and their 2021 first round pick for Sunday’s opening-season matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Linebacker Anthony Barr (knee) and left tackle Christian Darrisaw (groin) are both listed as out for Sunday’s game. Tight end Tyler Conklin, who has been battling an injured hamstring, participated in a full practice on Friday and will play against the Bengals.
On the flip side, a former Viking on the Bengals will not play against his former team Sunday. Cornerback Trae Waynes (hamstring) has been ruled out after not practicing all week.
Kickoff is scheduled for noon.
