Suspect wanted in Plymouth hit-and-run that left bicyclist in critical condition
The Plymouth Police Department is looking for a hit-and-run suspect that left a bicyclist in critical condition on Saturday.
Police say the vehicle struck the bicyclist around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 25, at the intersection of Rockford Road (County Road 9) and Vicksburg Lane. The vehicle is identified as likely a 2009-2014 Acura TSX, or similar sedan-like vehicle.
The driver was heading westbound on Rockford Road, hit the bicyclist and fled the scene, police said.
Medical care was provided to the 19-year-old victim, who suffered life-threatening injuries in the incident. He was transported to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale and is in critical condition as of Monday.
