Towns, who’s entering his 7th year with the Wolves, was asked about the firing of president of operations Gersson Rosas last week.

"What happened last week, it just adds to the list. It’s the same thing every single time. It’s something that always leads to instability… I’ve been through I feel like almost everything," Towns said.

Towns added: "I’ve been everything from de-framed by teammates, been a scapegoat for people, COVID, my own personal life. S**t hasn’t been easy since I came here. The only constant is me being the consummate professional in all of that."

Towns worked a lot over the summer on his core strength. He also said that he’s grateful that the team is on its way to a 100-percent Covid vaccination rate.
