Sauk Centre man rolls snowmobile near Lake Wobegon Trail, taken to hospital
A 56-year-old Sauk Centre man rolled his snowmobile near the Lake Wobegon Trail.
According to Stearns County Sheriff's Office, at 7:19 p.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to a snowmobile crash with injuries on County Road 65 near the Lake Wobegon Trail.
Robert Kohorst, 56, of Sauk Centre was driving his Polaris snowmobile westbound on the trail when he lost control and rolled it near the intersection of County Road 65.
The sheriff's office says Kohorst was transported to Melrose Hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Kohorst was wearing a helmet during the time of the crash.
The sheriff's office stated that alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
