A 13th American has now been diagnosed with coronavirus.
The Centers for Disease Control reports the person was evacuated out of China when the outbreak first hit and had been in quarantine at a military base in San Diego for the past week.
A Minneapolis man, Yu Lin Yin, is also in quarantine there and says it's been an "unsettling" 24 hours since they found out.
"I do not know, what does it mean? What does it mean to us?" Yin said. "I measure myself, my own temperature, to make sure myself is still okay."

He's been tweeting updates from quarantine as well, saying officials told them they shouldn't get too worried because the person diagnosed there had minimum contact with people and they don't believe anyone else was exposed.
"I'm still nervous but fingers crossed," Yin said.
He said he noticed the others in quarantine with him are on edge, socializing less and keeping to themselves.
"Some people want the CDC to impose even stricter limitations, restrictions like in terms of where we can go. Should we go outside?" he said. "My concern right now is I just want to be truly assured that I am virus-free. I don't want to go back to Minnesota somehow with the virus."
