Starkey to offer employees $1,000 as incentive for COVID-19 vaccine

Starkey Hearing Technologies is increasing the incentives for employees if they receive the COVID-19 vaccination.
According to President and CEO Brandon Sawalich and Owner and Chairman Bill Austin, Starkey employees will receive $1,000 if they become vaccinated in an effort to promote a safe return to work for other employees and their families.
This incentive is available to all 1,600 U.S. employees, including 1,300 at the Eden Prairie global headquarters. Starkey will continue to offer its employees the COVID-19 vaccine at their on-site Wellness Clinic at their Eden Prairie headquarters.
Sawalich said, “Vaccine incentive programs for Starkey’s global employees are in the works.”
Globally, Starkey employs more than 5,000 people.
