Mayowa Owolabi is the National Conference Director for the Champions Club League for Virginia and he believes that despite not participating on an international stage, Minnesota’s USA Cup has a lot to offer to players.

"We normally travel to Denmark and Sweden during the summer, but this year we weren’t able to make that trip. Minnesota was able to give us a similar experience and it provided our players a great opportunity to get experience and grow their game to higher levels," said Owolabi.

From an economic standpoint, the USA Cup will generate an estimated $24.7 million dollars worth of revenue.
