Q&A: Auburn’s Isaac Okoro on desire to go No. 1 to Timberwolves

Auburn’s Isaac Okoro is one of the most popular NBA Draft prospects. He averaged 12.9 points, 4.4 rebounds and nearly a steal and a block each in his freshman year at Auburn. He’s considered one of the best defensive players in this draft class.
He talked with our Darren ‘Doogie’ Wolfson about his desire to go No. 1 to the Timberwolves, and his recent workout in front of the Wolves’ bosses.

Okoro stands 6-foot-6 and feels comfortable guarding guards and forwards. Auburn was a constant top-20 team last season, so he was part of a winning culture.
