#3 Champlin Park boys soccer cruises past #10 Blaine

The #3 Champlin Park Rebels defeated the #10 Blaine Bengals, 6-1, Tuesday evening at Bengal Stadium.

The Rebels kicked off the scoring just over halfway through the first half, following a Blaine penalty. With the free kick, Champlin Park’s Chandler Marek had a beautiful pass to junior Yonas Canny to make it a 1-0 game in the 21st minute.
Then, Rebel junior Kaden Vinar assisted senior captain William Heinen to make it 2-0 Champlin Park in the 28th minute. Finally, junior captain Cullen Mork made it 3-0 Rebels following a corner kick pass from senior Alex Higgins in the 34th minute.
In the second half, Heinen set up sophomore captain Leo Conneh to make it 4-0 Rebels in the 50th minute.
