Holy Angels boys soccer ready to defend first state title

The Academy of Holy Angels boys soccer team is set to kick-off its season on Friday evening against Fridley. When they do kick-off their season, they will be defending their school’s first boys state title.
KSTP Sports caught up with Holy Angels at practice.

Head coach James See also went to Holy Angels and talked about how much pride he has as the coach of his alma mater. Last year, the Stars went 21-0-1 and beat Blake in double overtime to win the state championship. See also spoke about his journey becoming the head coach at Holy Angels, his college career at Augsburg, and how he felt after winning the state title.
Additionally, See touched on much concern he has for the year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, how elated he was when he got word the season would be played, and, now, how his team is preparing for the upcoming season.
