The third seeded Lumberjacks (27-3) edged the second seeded Warriors of Warroad (22-5-2), 5-3 to earn a place in Saturday afternoons Class A championship game.

Senior forward Taylor Nelson had five points in the game on Friday Feb. 21 at Xcel Energy Center; three goals and two assists.
She gave her team a 2-0 lead at the end of one period.
Warroad tied the game in the second period on goals from junior forwards Geno Hendrickson and Sydney Phaneuf.
