17-year-old killed after motorcycle hits electrical pole in St. Cloud

A teenager died Thursday afternoon after the motorcycle he was on hit an electrical pole in St. Cloud.
According to St. Cloud Police, the crash happened at about 3:30 p.m. near the intersection of Veterans Drive and 25th Avenue.
Officers determined a 17-year-old was driving west on Veterans Drive when his motorcycle went onto the sidewalk and struck a wooden electrical pole.
The teen was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
