Blocking crash on I-35W in Minneapolis cleared, delays still possible

A crash along southbound Interstate 35W Tuesday morning temporarily blocked traffic and caused delays.
The crash happened around 8 a.m. near 26th Street in Minneapolis.
KSTP Traffic Reporter Josie Smith said drivers in the area at that time could expect to add about 30 minutes to the morning commute as a result of the crash.
Smith then reported it appeared the crash had cleared just after 8:30 a.m.
Information on whether anyone was hurt in the crash hasn’t yet been released.

Meanwhile, Smith said another block crash occurred along westbound Interstate 494 at Nicollet Avenue in Bloomington.
