Man hospitalized after Minneapolis duplex fire

A man was taken to the hospital after firefighters rescued him from a burning residence in Minneapolis Thursday.

The fire happened just before 2 a.m. at a duplex on Northeast Broadway Street.

Fire officials said the man was found in a first floor unit. Crews administered CPR on him before taking him to the hospital.

The man’s condition is currently unknown.

No one else was hurt in the fire.
