Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office issues arrest warrant for level 1 predatory offender

An arrest warrant has been issued by the Crow Wing County Sheriff's Office for a level 1 predatory offender.
In a Facebook post on Thursday, the sheriff's office said James Swartout was recently released from prison and was expected to meet with his Department of Corrections supervision agent. However, he has not been in contact with the agent.
