1 injured from stabbing in Minneapolis

A man is suffering from a stab wound in Minneapolis Sunday morning.

According to the Minneapolis Police Department, at 8:59 a.m., officers responded to a stabbing report at the 3400 block of Oakland Avenue South.

When officers arrived on the scene, they located a man suffering from a serious but not life-threatening stab wound. The victim was later taken to the hospital.

According to police, the suspect is in custody and the incident is under investigation.
