Man arrested in serial vandalism of elderly woman’s home in Minneapolis
A 44-year-old man has been arrested in relation to the serial vandalism that occurred at an elderly woman’s home in Minneapolis.
According to the Minneapolis Police Department, 44-year-old Rasheed Rasson Richardson is being held on probable cause stalking and threats of violence.
Richardson was taken into custody at his home after an investigation by the Minneapolis Police Department.
The police say Richardson was known to the 89-year-old victim and that he was possibly angry over a property dispute.
The victim’s home had its windows broken nine times since March 25th.
