Mystic Lake Casino and Hotel announced Tuesday that John Fogerty will perform on the Fourth of July this year at the Mystic Amphitheater.
Fogerty will start his performance at 8 p.m.
Fogerty has forged a distinctive and groundbreaking sound, combining blues, country, pop, rockabilly, R&B, swamp boogie and Southern-fried rock n’ roll. He’s a Grammy Award winner and is a Rock & Roll Hall of Fame member. Fogerty is also the only musician to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame for his song "Centerfield," a staple at baseball stadiums across the country.
Fogerty spent his time as the lead man of Creedence Clearwater Revival before going solo.
In 2019, Fogerty released a new album titled "50 Year Trip: Live at Red Rocks."
