Vikings to play in Cincinnati Week 1; full schedule to be unveiled Wednesday night
As the Minnesota Vikings prepare for the upcoming season, the team’s full schedule will get released Wednesday night.
The team released a preview of the schedule Wednesday morning, announcing that the Vikings will play the Bengals in Cincinnati to open the season on Sunday, Sept. 12.
That game will begin at noon.
The entire 2021 NFL schedule is set to be released at 6:45 p.m. Wednesday.
While the schedule remains unclear, Minnesota’s opponents for the season are already set.
The Vikings will host the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, Pittsburgh Steelers, Cleveland Browns, Los Angeles Rams, Seattle Seahawks and Dallas Cowboys at U.S. Bank Stadium. The team will travel to play the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore Ravens, San Francisco 49ers, Arizona Cardinals, Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Chargers.
The 2021 season will be the first year each team will play 17 regular-season games.
