COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 72 new deaths, 2,384 new cases
Wisconsin health officials on Tuesday announced 72 new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state’s total to 4,783 deaths since the pandemic began.
Additionally, the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) reported 170 new hospitalizations, moving the total number of hospitalizations during the pandemic to 21,081.
A total of 474,537 positive cases of COVID-19 have now been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 2,384 new cases reported Tuesday.

As of Tuesday, DHS reports that more than 2.81 million people have been tested in the state.
The state’s seven-day average positivity rate by person is at 25.4%.
