COVID-19 in Wisconsin: 7,497 new cases, 58 additional deaths
Wisconsin health officials on Thursday announced 58 new deaths related to COVID-19, moving the state’s total to 2,515 deaths since the pandemic began.
The Wisconsin Department of Health Services also reported 264 new hospitalizations, moving the total number of hospitalizations during the pandemic to 13,771.
A total of 293,388 positive cases of COVID-19 have now been confirmed in Wisconsin, with 7,497 new cases reported Thursday.

As of Thursday, DHS reports that 2.23 million people have been tested in the state.
The state’s seven-day average positivity rate by person is at 35.9%.
