St. Cloud, Plymouth DVS to offer exams by appointment only

Wednesday, the Minnesota Department of Public Safety’s Driver and Vehicle Services announced its St. Cloud and Plymouth exam stations will only service people with appointments.
The change is due to a shortage in staffing and is only set through this week.
DPS-DVS to reopen 16 regional exam offices starting Tuesday
Those who do not have an appointment are encouraged to visit another location.
