Woman in Minneapolis ‘suspicious’ death investigation identified
The woman at the center of what police are calling a suspicious death investigation earlier this week in Minneapolis has been identified.
Police were called to the 3300 block of Sheridan Avenue North at 9:21 a.m. on Tuesday.
When they arrived, officers found an unconscious woman believed to be in her 50s. She was taken to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Police investigating woman’s ‘suspicious’ death in Minneapolis
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the woman as 54-year-old Kim Laen Theng.
The medical examiner stated the official cause and manner of death are pending, as the investigation continues.
