Wednesday evening rain could transition to overnight snow

Updated: November 19, 2019 10:35 PM

Rain is forecast to transition into snow from Wednesday night to Thursday morning, KSTP Meteorologist Wren Clair said.

It will be cloudy with the high temperature reaching up to 46 degrees Wednesday, Clair said. We'll see some evening showers, and as temperatures drop into the low 30s overnight, that rain will turn into snow. About an inch of accumulation before Thursday morning's commute is possible.

Aside from some low temps below freezing, the pattern of milder weather in the 40s should resume by the weekend.
