Summer may be unofficially over, the Twin Cities is still experiencing summer-like temperatures.
The forecast from KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl calls for a high of 84 degrees Thursday. That's about 11 degrees above average for this time of year.
In addition to the warmth, there should be plenty of sunshine, as only partly cloudy skies are expected for much of the day.
Friday, the Twin Cities could see an isolated shower or thunderstorm in the evening.
Temperatures are expected to hang in the mid-80s throughout the weekend, and more showers are possible both Saturday and Sunday.
