More warm weather is on the way Tuesday, however, Minnesotans may want to keep a raincoat nearby, according to KSTP Chief Meteorologist Dave Dahl.
Dahl said temperatures are expected to start off in the low 50s Tuesday morning. By the afternoon, they could climb into the 70s.
Moving into the evening, some showers could make their way through the state. Dahl said the rain is expected to leave the state by 9 p.m.
The warm weather is expected to stick around through the week.
Dahl said temperatures could reach the 80s for the first time this season by the end of the week.
