Warm Monday with Chance of Rain

It looks like a warm May Monday in the Twin Cities, with a chance of rain as the day moves along.

KSTP Chief Morning Meteorologist Ken Barlow's forecast calls for a high of 76 degrees with partial sun and a few showers possible.

Overnight, Barlow said an evening shower could give way to clearing with a low of 56.

It should be even warmer Tuesday when Barlow is calling for a high of 80 and partly-to-mostly sunny conditions. More of the same is expected Wednesday when Barlow said a high of 84 is possible and conditions will likely be mostly sunny.

The chance of showers and thunderstorms turn back up Thursday and Friday when Barlow is forecasting highs of 80 and 76 respectively.

But things look like they may cool off come the weekend. Barlow is calling for highs of just 67 and 68 on Saturday and Sunday.
